Please be sure to answer these questions to the best of your ability. *The $75 shown to book an appointment is my MINIMUM. You will be given an estimate before your appointment to be paid in CASH or Buy Now Pay Later at checkout. **If you intend to use BNPL, you must apply for it BEFORE booking your appointment.
