CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy - I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. Late policy - For lash, facial and dermaplane appointments, I charge a $15 late fee after 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and treated as a no-show. For wax, tint and LED therapy appointments, I charge a $15 late fee after 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and treated as a no-show. All appointments will end at their scheduled end time, regardless of lateness.
